As each piece is uniquely crafted for you, it cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, l customized orders are final sale and non-refundable.
We kindly ask you to review your selections and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Each gown is carefully made by hand, with special attention to quality and detail. Before shipping, every item is checked to make sure there are no faults or damages.
Because all products are handmade, small differences in fabric color or decorations may happen, depending on the fabric batch or materials used.
The production and delivery usually take around 20–25 business days, so we suggest placing your order early if you need it by a certain date.
